If you’re ready to host a party, give us a call at toll free at 1 (888) 416-2701 to lock in your date. Once we’ve set a date, it’s time to start inviting people. Invite everyone…friends, family, coworkers…anyone you think will enjoy a fun evening making money. Don’t forget to tell your friends to invite their mothers or friends as well. The bigger the party, the better the payout.
Does my party have to be an evening event? Expand/Collapse
Absolutely not. We are available 7 days a week and are happy to work around your schedule.
How many people do I have to have at my party? Expand/Collapse
The more people you invite; the more gold we will buy and the more money you will make. A successful party is based on the amount of gold your guests bring. Please keep in mind that 30% of the people invited actually show up to the event so it’s important to follow up with your guests a few days before the party.
How much can I make by hosting a gold party? Expand/Collapse
We pay the host 10% commission from the total party payout. Average party payouts are $2500-$5000 and more, which means $250-$500 for you, just for having the party. We can not stress enough that the more people you invite, the more money you will make.
What if someone from my party decides to host a Gold Party? Expand/Collapse
Will I get commission for that party too? We always encourage guests to host their own parties. If anyone from your party books a party with us, we will pay you $25.00 for each booking up to four (4), and then on the 5th booking (and successful party), we will give them an additional $400.00 totaling $500.00 (five for five).
I have a lot of old jewelry, but I’m not interested in hosting or attending a party.
Can I still use your services to sell my gold? Expand/Collapse
Absolutely. We are more than happy to provide private buying consultations for those of you who aren’t interested in a party atmosphere.
What type of gold, silver or platinum items are you looking for? Expand/Collapse
We buy it all. Bring everything you have. Broken chains, necklaces, bracelets, single earrings or backings, engagement/wedding rings, class rings, gold coins, nuggets, dental gold and much more. If you’re not sure whether something is gold or not; bring it anyway, we have all the equipment required to find out.
Are we responsible for evaluating the gold? Expand/Collapse
Absolutely not! All you are responsible for is making sure your guests show up and putting out some refreshments. Once the party begins…sit back and enjoy!
Do you buy gemstones? Expand/Collapse
We do not buy gemstones at this time.
What if a piece of jewelry has gems in them? Expand/Collapse
We will do our best to remove the stones for you, but if the piece has many little stones, in most cases it is not worth the time to pull them all out.
Are we responsible for removing gemstones? Expand/Collapse
If you want to keep the stones, it will save time at the party if you can remove them before hand. Our representatives bring tools and are able to remove stones if time permits and we don’t guarantee that we won’t break them.
What is a pennyweight? Expand/Collapse
After determining quality and purity, our experts measure your gold not by the gram but by the pennyweight. A pennyweight (dwt) is a unit of mass. 20 Pennyweight (DWT) equals 1 ounce. It is the standard to which most precious metals are weighed.
I just bought a piece of jewelry for $200. Will I get close to $200 for that piece? Expand/Collapse
The retail value of a piece of jewelry has been marked up at least 5 times and in most cases much more. We do not pay for the craftsmanship of the piece and are strictly buying the jewelry to be melted by our refinery.
Do I have to sell my jewelry? Expand/Collapse
There is absolutely no obligation to sell anything. If you’re not 100% satisfied with the quote given or if there is a piece that has sentimental value and you decide to change your mind…no problem at all. We completely understand.
